Wisma Pondok Indah 1 or WPI 1 is located in Jl, Sultan Iskandar Muda, and started operating in 1996. WPI 1 consists of 13 floors and became an alternative office area besides the golden triangle area.

WPI 1 even have a comparative advantage, because it’s location is traffic jam free, demonstration routes, and is located nearby an executive residential area. The occupancy rate is over 99% since December 2008 and have anchor tenants such as : Ericsson, Levi Strauss, Bank Niaga and pocari Sweat.

Due to high demands for office space in WPI 1, Pondok Indah Group decided to build WPI 2, located right next to WPI 1. WPI 2 consists of 17 floors and started it’s operation in 2008. The occupancy level since December 2008 is over 96%. Anchor tenants in WPI 2 consists of : Coca Cola, Abbott, Ford, HSBC, and DBS.
